Your proven track record in management, marketing and consumer sales will allow you to shine in this role. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the internal and external strategy to market and sell garage doors, openers, and accessories direct to the homeowner/consumer channel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, an understanding of the consumer sales process and maintain a high standard for creative work and success.
• Plan and create marketing strategies and objectives. • Prepare marketing strategies in cooperation with marketing manager and alongside other group executives and teammates. • Manage existing sales efforts and add team members as necessary • Manage existing show rooms at all locations • Manage lead content generation and production across all media platforms. • Review market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. • Become familiar with key vendors and develop strategic relationships • Prepare and adhere to budgets.
• 5-10 years of sales or marketing communication experience • Experience in the building materials industry, or home owner direct sales, is very strongly preferred • Strong project management skills • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Must have a strong sense of urgency and good follow-up skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong executive presence to represent the company professionally • Ability to work effectively independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency with social media marketing techniques • Ability to travel to trade shows/events as needed

As a Loading Dock Systems Sales Rep you will work within an outlined territory to represent industrial equipment to existing clients and prospects such as Leading Manufacturers, Pharmaceutical Companies, Distribution Centers and Corporate/National Offices. Residential Sales Representative – Raleigh, NC
Your proven track record in residential sales combined with great relationship building skills will allow you to shine in this role. In this key position you are the primary interface and liaison between many potential residential customers and Lighthouse Door Group. You will spend approximately two-thirds of your day in the field providing job estimates (service, remodels and installations), verifying required materials for residential orders, promoting additional features and accessories and generally representing the company to potential and existing residential customers. Residential Technician – Raleigh, NC
The Residential Service Technician is the primary service provider for residential garage doors, garage door openers, and gate opening systems. Most residential service work is done on existing garage doors, opener systems, or previously installed gate opening systems.
Service technicians have specific responsibilities in the areas of record keeping for customer billing, time cards for compensation, maintaining service vehicles and equipment, product education and training, safety training, housekeeping at the warehouse and shop, job-site housekeeping, and miscellaneous duties as required by the service supervisor.
Service technicians are the first line of support for customers and are expected to maintain a neat and clean appearance and to treat all customers with decency and respect at all times, regardless of the customer’s mood or disposition.
